The school provides academic calendars for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years. The school office operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Located in Bee Cave, the purpose-built campus features gated, secure entry and expansive outdoor learning spaces. Facilities include a performing arts and athletics center, outdoor classrooms, nature trails, an amphitheater, and specialized design and engineering labs. Students are provided with Chromebooks as part of their tuition.

The school offers over 35 student clubs, teams, and organizations, including competitive athletics and fine arts opportunities. Students participate in a House system, local field trips, national excursions, and international travel. Additionally, the school hosts summer camps and various school traditions.
