Required documentation varies by grade level and includes birth certificates, vaccination records, academic transcripts, and, for transfer students, validated certificates from the Directorate of Private Education.

The school operates across two campuses in Amman, located in Jabal Amman and Jubeiha, comprising 27 buildings in total.
