The school follows the Reggio Emilia approach, which views children as competent, curious, and capable co-creators of knowledge. It utilizes an emergent, project-based curriculum that is not pre-set but grows organically from the children's own interests and questions. The philosophy honors the '100 languages of children,' recognizing art, music, movement, storytelling, and play as valid forms of expression and learning.

The school provides an international, bilingual education for early childhood and primary school students. The academic offering is centered on project-based learning, where students engage in long-term, in-depth explorations. The curriculum integrates core academic foundations with creative expression, including the 100DiL program, which emphasizes hands-on learning and the development of hidden skills.

The school focuses on nurturing life skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and critical thinking alongside academic foundations. The admissions process begins with an initial inquiry via WhatsApp or email, followed by a school visit and tour for families to experience the environment. Prospective families then participate in an orientation meeting to discuss the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the child's specific needs. The process concludes with the completion of enrollment paperwork and a transition period supported by the school team. Open enrollment is available for early childhood ages.

The school operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The campus is located in the heart of Etiler, Istanbul, and is designed with open areas that are larger than closed spaces to encourage freedom of movement. The building is certified by Istanbul Technical University (ITU) for earthquake safety. Classrooms feature natural wood furniture treated with chemical-free processes and natural, anti-bacterial flooring, serving as an 'environment as the third teacher' to invite exploration.

The school offers a variety of after-school clubs and activities designed to foster creativity and skill development. Students have opportunities to engage in yoga, dance, music, and studio arts, including painting and sculpture. Additionally, children participate in hands-on projects, such as cooking selected meals and environmental explorations like the school's pond project.
