ISTEK 1915 Canakkale Schools

Established by the İSTEK Foundation in 1985, the school aims to raise modern and enterprising generations in accordance with the principles and revolutions of Atatürk. The institution focuses on fostering both happiness and academic success throughout the student's educational journey.

The educational chain spans from kindergarten to high school, including primary, secondary, and high school levels, as well as science high schools. The curriculum incorporates international programmes such as the IB PYP (International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme). The foundation also operates Yeditepe University to provide a pathway from early education through to higher education and professional life.

Admissions for kindergarten, reception preschool, and Grades 1–4 are determined through student familiarization interviews. Entry into middle school (Grades 5–8) requires the DBS (Placement Test by İSTEK Schools), while Grade 9 entry to high school and science high school is based on the national LGS test. Admissions for Grades 10–12 are subject to available quotas and the DBS test.

The school operates a wide network of campuses across Turkey, including multiple locations in Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, and other provinces. Facilities include libraries, science centers, and specialized spaces for sports and arts. Each campus provides support services such as health, security, dining, and transportation.

The school offers a variety of clubs, projects, and sports teams. Students participate in activities such as robotics and coding, intelligence games, and international initiatives like the IB PYP programme and E-Twinning projects. Additional programmes include Mindfulness and the Second Step social-emotional learning curriculum.
