Languages
İSTEK Antalya Okulları is a private educational institution operating campuses in Lara and Konyaaltı, providing a comprehensive education chain from kindergarten through high school. It is part of the broader İSTEK Foundation, which has been active in the Turkish education sector since 1985.
Curriculum
Teaching approach
The school aims to raise creative, productive, ethical, and patriotic individuals who are prepared for the 21st century. Its educational philosophy is rooted in Atatürk’s principles and revolutions, emphasizing scientific thinking, individual differences, and a world-centered approach. The institution strives to cultivate students who are capable of solving problems, possess high equipment, and are adaptable to global standards.
Programmes
The curriculum integrates the Ministry of National Education (MEB) requirements with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) in kindergarten and primary school. Key academic features include the 'Crossroads' English language program for early years, which utilizes a dual-language approach, and a 'Mindfulness' program in middle schools to enhance focus and stress management. The school employs a project-based thematic learning approach across all levels, incorporating ecology and nature-based education, as well as technology-integrated instruction including coding and robotics.
Outcomes
The school reports high placement rates in both the MEB High School Entrance Exam (LGS) and the national university entrance exams (TYT/AYT). Students typically prefer domestic universities, with a high percentage securing placement within their top five choices. The institution also maintains an active alumni association that organizes annual events to foster ongoing connections between graduates, teachers, and current students.
Student support
Learning support
The school employs a protective, preventive, and developmental guidance approach through its Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PDR) department. A dedicated 'Consultancy System' assigns each student a consultant—a classroom teacher for primary levels or a subject teacher for middle and high school levels—to monitor academic and personal progress. Additionally, the 'Second Step' program is implemented in kindergarten and primary school to support social and emotional skills such as empathy, problem-solving, and cooperation.

Admissions
Admissions processes vary by grade level. Anaokulu (kindergarten) and primary school (grades 1-4) admissions are conducted via preliminary interviews. Middle school (grades 5-8) entry is determined by the İSTEK Entrance Exam, while high school admissions are based on MEB LGS scores for preparatory classes and Level Determination Exams for grades 9-12. Fen Lisesi (Science High School) admissions are based on MEB LGS scores.
