The school offers an academic pathway spanning kindergarten, primary school, middle school, an Anatolian high school, and a science high school. It implements the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) alongside intensive English instruction aligned with the Common European Framework (CEF). Students are prepared for international language exams such as Cambridge ESOL, DELE, Fit in Deutsch, IELTS, TOEFL, and Trinity, with second foreign language options including German, Spanish, French, and Italian. Additionally, the school utilizes the bilingual "Crossroads Program" (24 hours of English per week) for early years, alongside specialized programs like Robotics-Coding, Mindfulness, and Second Step.

The school achieves high success and placement rates in national Turkish university entrance exams. Through its Overseas Education Counseling Office (YUDO), graduates also secure admissions to international universities across North America and Europe.

Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PDR) departments are active across all levels, including kindergarten, primary, middle, and high school. The school also features a dedicated Overseas Education Counseling Office (YUDO), which guides high school students from prep year through 12th grade on university selection, application portfolios, CVs, and motivation letters for institutions in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe. Additionally, a Measurement and Evaluation unit supports academic tracking and national exam preparation.

Admission to the school is determined by grade level. Kindergarten applicants are admitted following a pre-interview, while primary school applicants for grades 1 through 4 undergo a pre-evaluation based on application order. For middle school (grades 5–8) and transfer students, entry is based on the İSTEK Admission Exam, whereas entry into the Anatolian High School preparatory classes requires both the national MEB LGS exam score and the İSTEK Admission Exam.

Situated on a 60,000-square-meter campus in Yenişehir, Mersin, the school features modern educational buildings, including a dedicated kindergarten and a separate high school building. The campus is equipped with science laboratories, rich libraries, art workshops, and advanced educational technology. Sports facilities include open and closed athletic areas, as well as a semi-olympic swimming pool.

The school offers more than 100 student clubs tailored to different age groups, interests, and talents. Students participate in a variety of cultural, artistic, and athletic activities, including school sports teams and social responsibility or environmental projects. The school also publishes "Pencere," a periodical magazine produced by the Anatolian High School.
