İSTEK Bilge Kağan High School is a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, offering a two-year curriculum for grades 11 and 12. The IB DP includes six subject groups—Language and Literature, Language Acquisition, Individuals and Societies, Experimental Sciences, Mathematics, and the Arts—alongside core requirements: Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS).

The school provides comprehensive support services, including guidance and psychological counseling. During the pandemic, the school implemented specific protocols for health, hygiene, and distance learning, alongside psychological support bulletins for students and parents.

Admissions for kindergarten, preschool, and primary grades 1–4 are determined by student familiarization interviews. Middle school entry (grades 5–8) requires the DBS (Placement Test by İSTEK Schools). High school and science high school grade 9 admissions are based on the national LGS test, while entry for grades 10–12 is subject to the DBS test, provided there is available quota.
