The school is a Catholic institution managed by the Brothers of the Christian Schools, a congregation founded by Saint Jean-Baptiste de La Salle. The school offers a complete educational pathway comprising the Scuola dell'Infanzia (ages 3-6), Scuola Primaria (ages 6-11), Scuola Secondaria di primo grado (ages 11-14), and three high school tracks: Liceo Classico, Liceo Scientifico, and Liceo Europeo. As a Cambridge International School, it integrates international curricula into its offerings, including subjects such as English as a Second Language, Global Perspectives, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, and History, leading to Cambridge IGCSE and AS Level examinations. The curriculum also includes mandatory computer science and digital learning tools across all levels.

The school provides comprehensive student services, including a medical room and professional psychological counseling services available to both students and parents. These support systems are designed to assist with the overall well-being and development of the student body.

The admissions process begins with a mandatory individual information interview, which serves as an opportunity for mutual acquaintance between the school and the family. This meeting is held with the student, at least one parent, and the Principal of the relevant course. Following the interview, families receive an enrollment form to complete the process, though the meeting itself does not obligate the family to enroll.

The school operates on a short week, with classes held from Monday to Friday. The academic year follows a standard calendar, with administrative offices typically operating during the week, transitioning to summer hours and closures during the summer break period.

The campus features extensive facilities, including 53 classrooms equipped with interactive monitors or interactive whiteboards, a central library, and specialized rooms for music, art, and singing. Scientific facilities include dedicated laboratories for Physics and Chemistry, the latter equipped with microscopes and projectors. The "Gonzaga Sport Club" provides a 25-meter swimming pool with six lanes, a smaller pool for younger children, and a multipurpose sports hall for basketball and volleyball. Outdoor spaces include a synthetic grass soccer field, a judo gym with tatami mats, and multiple terraces and a large courtyard for recreational use. Additionally, the school houses a chapel, an auditorium with 180 seats, and the "Sala Gonzaga," a 302-seat multifunctional center for events and conferences.
