The Elginkan Foundation is a philanthropic organization that supports education in Turkey through the operation of vocational training centers and the establishment of various primary and secondary schools. The Foundation operates two primary vocational and technical training centers: the Ümmehan Elginkan Vocational and Technical Training Center in Manisa and the Ahmet Elginkan Vocational and Technical Training Center in İzmit. These centers offer development and adaptation courses, professional training, and seminars on Total Quality Management, with instruction provided by staff educators, technical teachers from the Ministry of National Education, and university faculty. Additionally, the Foundation has established several schools across Turkey, including Cahit Elginkan Anatolian High School, İTÜ Ekrem Elginkan High School, E.C.A. Elginkan Anatolian High School, Mediha Tansel Primary School, and various primary and nursery schools.
