The school offers an enrolment discount policy for children of past students (Old Wollastonians).

The school operates on a term-based system, with the academic year typically commencing at the start of the calendar year. Fees are invoiced at the commencement of the school year. Student leadership commissioning occurs at the beginning of each semester.

Located on 15.45 hectares in Camillo, the campus includes an Early Learning Centre, Primary School, and a dedicated Year 7 Centre. Specialist facilities include the Commons for Years 8-12, science and technology laboratories, design and technology workshops, visual arts studios, a performing arts theatre, and music studios. Sports facilities feature a gymnasium, multi-purpose courts, and expansive ovals, while the Technology Centre houses commercial hospitality kitchens and the Chalk Café. The campus also hosts a Library Resource Centre, the John Ramsden Wollaston Chapel, and a Telethon Speech & Hearing Centre outpost.
