The admissions process is transparent and consistent across all grade levels. Applicants undergo an assessment in language acquisition, language and literature, and mathematics, followed by an interview. Students are placed in age-appropriate year groups, ranging from Play Group (age 2+) through Year 10 (age 15+). The school may request that a child attend for a day for further evaluation if necessary.

The school operates throughout the year and accepts registrations and enrollments on an ongoing basis. The academic calendar includes scheduled breaks, such as the Spring Break and Eid holidays. The school is open for inquiries and visits Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The campus features air-conditioned classrooms and a centralized network. Specialized facilities include a well-equipped learning center, wet and dry science labs, a visual arts studio, a design studio, and a music room. Recreational and physical activity spaces include an auditorium, a swimming pool, a gym, an indoor play area, a sand pit, and an Early Years role-play area.

Students participate in a wide range of enrichment activities, including sports, music, and drama. Opportunities for personal development are provided through charity events, community service, enterprise challenges, and social activities. Curricular and extra-curricular trips are also integrated into the student experience to strengthen interests and talents.
