Following a document review, the school conducts an admission interview with the school leadership, which may include a trial day for students in grades 6–11. A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure the interview, and an enrollment fee is due upon signing the school contract.

The school year is divided into two semesters, typically running from late August to mid-July. The calendar includes scheduled breaks for autumn, winter, carnival, and spring, as well as public holidays and designated teacher development days. Key events include open houses, information evenings for prospective families, and a "Morning of Music" in the spring.

The school operates from a purpose-built, modern campus opened in 2022, featuring bright classrooms, specialized labs, and green outdoor spaces.
