Applications for the second year or higher are handled directly through the student administration office.

The calendar includes standard Dutch school holidays such as autumn, Christmas, spring, and summer breaks, as well as public holidays like Easter, Ascension Day, and Pentecost. Additionally, the school schedules specific 'school organization' and 'development' days throughout the year during which no regular lessons are provided.

The campus is located at the Jonkheer Meester G.W. Molleruslaan in Apeldoorn. As a certified 'sport-active' school, it emphasizes physical activity and health.
