The International School of Lausanne is a non-profit, independent IB World School serving students aged 3 to 18. It is the only school in the Lausanne area to offer the full continuum of IB programmes: the Primary Years, Middle Years, and Diploma Programmes.

About the campus

The modern campus consists of four buildings, including a purpose-built Early Childhood facility and a North building set in nature. Sports facilities include three gym halls, four tennis courts, a full-sized Astroturf football pitch, a basketball playground, and a fitness centre. The campus also features a 400-seat auditorium, a primary school library with over 14,000 references, a recording studio, and a maker space.

    Alexandara is Austrian and American, and has taught in primary schools in the United States, Colombia, and Switzerland. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, is an IB Workshop Leader, and is passionate about student-led inquiry and language learning.
