Admissions

Luckley House School accepts registrations at any time, though early registration is advised due to limited places. Applicants are typically registered by the autumn term of the preceding year and are invited to the school for half-day entrance assessments, which include Cognitive Ability Tests in Mathematics, English, and Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning. About the campus

Set in 20 acres of grounds, the campus includes modern classrooms, a 176-seat professional Whitty Theatre, and the Simon Richmond Music Centre, which features a recording studio, performance hall, and IT classroom. Sports facilities include a Sports Hall with a climbing wall, cricket nets, and trampolines, as well as a multi-use all-weather pitch and extensive sports fields. The school also provides three art studios, contemporary science laboratories, high-tech food and design technology rooms, and a library. Boarding is accommodated in two recently refurbished houses with common rooms and kitchen areas.

Co-curriculars

The school provides a diverse enrichment programme that includes Visual Arts, Performing Arts, and a wide range of sports, such as hockey, rugby, football, netball, and basketball. Pupils have access to the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme and various clubs, including an Eco-Schools programme. The school’s 176-seat professional Whitty Theatre hosts performances, while the grounds feature adventure trails and zip wires for pupil recreation.
