Ludlam Elementary School

Ludlam Elementary aims to provide a quality education where all students reach their full potential within a caring and secure environment. The school emphasizes hands-on, engaging learning tailored to the unique strengths of every student, with a focus on preparing them to compete in a global society.

The academic curriculum is supported by specialized initiatives, including the Infinity Program for gifted students, which utilizes differentiated pedagogy and inquiry-based learning. The school participates in the Digital Leader Network to foster student-led inquiry and the iBot initiative to expand coding and robotics education. Furthermore, the school partners with the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music for a string outreach program and is a Red Ribbon Certified school focused on prevention science and student wellness.

The Student Services Team, comprised of a full-time school counselor, a part-time social worker, and an itinerant school psychologist, supports students' social, emotional, and intellectual development. The team provides individual and group counseling, conflict resolution training, and collaborates with teachers and families to address academic or behavioral needs, including conducting home visits when necessary. Additionally, the school provides services for students with exceptional needs.

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is conducted through the main office, which is open daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Families may also schedule appointments by calling the school or contacting the administration via email. Registration packets and guides are available in English, Spanish, and Creole.
