The school's philosophy is centered on preparing students to be principled, inquisitive, and critical thinkers who possess scientific and analytical reasoning skills. It emphasizes a strong commitment to the principles of Atatürk and the democratic, secular republic, while fostering respect for humanity, society, and nature. Additionally, the school aims to develop self-confident, creative individuals who are comfortable with technology and possess well-developed aesthetic tastes.

The school implements the "Mastery Learning Model," which is designed to ensure that all students comprehend 80% to 90% of a subject's content before progressing to the next topic. Its academic structure spans kindergarten, primary school, middle school, high school, and a specialized Science and Technology High School. The high school curriculum prepares students for national examinations across core subjects including Turkish language and literature, mathematics, geometry, history, geography, philosophy, physics, chemistry, biology, and English.

The school prepares its high school students for national university entrance examinations (YKS), including the Basic Proficiency Test (TYT), Area Proficiency Test (AYT), and Foreign Language Test (YDT). Graduates maintain active connections with the school community through alumni networks and events such as the annual Traditional MEF Alumni Barbecue Day. Additionally, students achieve competitive success in external competitions, including winning district championships in parliamentary debate and top placements in chess tournaments.

Under its Mastery Learning Model, the school provides academic support by utilizing follow-up tests to identify specific learning gaps. Based on these assessment results, targeted studies and remedial exercises are conducted to address and resolve individual student deficiencies before moving on to new academic units.

MEF Educational Institutions offer schooling from kindergarten through 12th grade, with dedicated admissions pathways for each level, including the Science and Technology High School. Prospective families are invited to participate in individual meetings and school tours, which can be arranged by contacting the admissions office via phone, email, or an online form. The school also provides online application and payment systems, alongside scholarship opportunities and tuition discounts.

The school offers a diverse range of co-curricular activities, including a Middle School Parliamentary Debate Team and a Chess Team, both of which compete in regional tournaments. Students also participate in entrepreneurial events such as the "U Solve It" conference, where they develop AI-based business ideas and present them to corporate executives. Creative and academic achievements are showcased through events like the annual MEF Art Night—featuring music, dance, and theater—the MEF High Schools Traditional Project Exhibition, and the MEF Summer Academy.
