Admissions
The school operates on a rolling admissions basis, with a priority deadline of January 15 for the upcoming school year. The application process includes an initial inquiry, a campus visit or virtual tour, submission of an online application with a $250 fee, and a student visit or assessment. Upon acceptance, families must sign an enrollment contract and submit a $2,000 non-refundable deposit within 10 days to secure a space.
Calendar
The academic year typically runs from mid-August through early June. The calendar includes standard breaks such as Thanksgiving, winter vacation, and spring break, alongside specific events like Halloween and Spring Carnivals, and end-of-year graduation ceremonies. Grading periods for the Elementary level are divided into four terms.

About the campus
The school operates across four scenic campuses in Palmetto Bay and South Miami: Palmetto Bay, Old Cutler Road, Red Road, and Ludlam Road. Facilities include Montessori-prepared classrooms, science labs, makerspaces, innovation and robotics rooms, a library, a media center, and a Maria Montessori center for performances. Athletic facilities feature a swimming pool, indoor basketball court, volleyball court, tennis courts, and various playgrounds, with the Ludlam Road campus featuring a LEED Gold-certified building.
Co-curriculars
Students have access to a variety of after-school enrichment activities, including sports such as soccer, volleyball, swimming, gymnastics, and fencing. Other opportunities include robotics, art, dance, Minecraft Masters Club, spelling bees, the Science Fair, and Student Council. Additionally, the school organizes field studies to cultural and historic centers in cities like Boston, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia.
Dr. Joyce McGeeHead of SchoolDr. McGhee holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, and has been an administrator since 1992. She is a co-director of the Montessori Teacher Training Institute and previously taught at the school in both Preschool and Middle School Prep.
