Minecan Schools operate under the guiding principle, "Everyone will feel valuable." The institution aims to cultivate happy, lifelong learners who are grounded in Atatürk’s principles, respectful of all living beings, and appreciative of both their own cultural values and international perspectives. The school functions as a "learning community" where not only students but also teachers and administrators are committed to continuous professional and personal development.

The school offers a K-12 educational pathway, comprising Kindergarten, Primary School, and Middle School. The curriculum integrates the Turkish Ministry of National Education requirements with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP), which is designed for students aged 3–11. The Middle School program focuses on research, discovery, and inquiry-based learning to prepare students for examinations while fostering individual responsibility. Foreign language instruction includes English, German, and French.

Students demonstrate academic success through international assessments, including achieving results above regional and national averages in Cambridge English Qualifications. Additionally, students participate in external language examinations such as DELF and engage in competitive activities like the Adana Minikler Chess Tournament. The school also celebrates the transition of students from primary to secondary education through the annual PYP Exhibition.

The school maintains a dedicated Guidance Department that operates on the principle that every child is unique. The department adopts an "award-free and punishment-free" educational approach, as advocated by Dr. Özgür Bolat, to support the emotional and social development of students.

Upon submission, the school administration contacts families to provide further information and guide them through the next steps of the admissions process.

The school campus spans a total area featuring 6,500 m² of open, nature-integrated space and 4,350 m² of indoor educational facilities. The grounds are designed to support a variety of activities, including sports, arts, and outdoor learning experiences.
