The school follows a merit-based admission process that includes an interview and entrance tests in English, Mathematics, and Science for primary and secondary levels. Applications are not processed on a "first-come, first-served" basis, and the school does not utilize agents for admissions. Prospective families are required to submit an online enquiry form, connect with an admission counsellor, and visit the campus for an interaction with the child. Admission is subject to vacancy and government regulations regarding age, conduct, and mental aptitude.

The school provides an annual planner for Grades 1 to 12 and a separate planner for Flamingo Preschool for the 2024-2025 academic year. The school operates Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The 40,000-square-foot campus in Santacruz East features modern learning spaces, including state-of-the-art laboratories and libraries. The school provides facilities for sports, arts, and technology-integrated learning, supported by a cafeteria and transport services.
