The admissions process begins with a full application package, including academic records from the previous three years and references. Applicants must pass an entrance interview and a placement test, requiring a minimum score of 60% for consideration. Priority is granted to currently enrolled students and their siblings, with remaining spots filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For early childhood admissions, children must be fully toilet trained and demonstrate age-appropriate social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.

The school operates on an academic year beginning in September. The application process typically commences in March, during which time placement tests are conducted. Final seat confirmations for the upcoming academic year are generally completed by June.

The school operates two campuses in Jeddah, located in the Al Nahdah and Obhur districts. Facilities include smart classrooms, science labs for biology, chemistry, and physics, and computer labs for coding and digital design. Specialized spaces feature robotics labs, a library, a multipurpose hall, a dining area, and professional padel courts, alongside playgrounds designed for physical activity and social development. Montessori classrooms are also provided for early childhood education.
