The school is an independent, non-religious, and sectarian institution that fosters an inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds. The school offers a curriculum spanning from Nursery (Kindergarten) to Grade 12. It provides both Lebanese and American educational pathways, with instruction in English, and includes specialized programmes such as Arabic, French, and technology integration.

Students are prepared for success in the Lebanese official exams, as well as university entrance exams and the SAT. The school aims to develop critical thinkers, autonomous learners, and global citizens who are proficient in technology.

The school provides financial aid through various scholarship programmes. These include scholarships for students demonstrating academic excellence, children of staff members, and a programme for families with more than four children enrolled.

The school accepts applications in person or via email. The admissions process involves an application review by a committee, followed by an interview and a demonstration lesson for shortlisted candidates. Accepted applicants are notified in writing and provided with an official contract.
