The school follows the British National Curriculum for students from Year 1 to Year 9 and the Edexcel Curriculum for secondary grades from Year 10 to Year 13. The school welcomes applications from children with special needs. Prospective students undergo an interview with the Principal and class teacher to determine if the school can adequately provide for their individual requirements. Admission is contingent upon the school's ability to fully cater to the child's specific needs.

NICE International School accepts applications for students aged 2 to 19 years old of all nationalities. The admissions process involves a document submission, followed by an entrance or placement test for students from Year 1 upwards, or an interview and practical session for preschool and kindergarten applicants. Successful candidates are notified within three working days, after which admission, development, and term fees are required to confirm enrollment.

The academic year is divided into three terms. The first term runs from late August or September through mid-December, the second term spans from the first week of January to mid-April, and the third term concludes in mid-July.

The campus is located in a secluded, green environment and features spacious, smart-enabled classrooms. Specialized facilities include a library, a computer lab for ICT instruction, and a science laboratory. The school also provides dedicated spaces and resources for arts, drama, and music, alongside sports facilities designed to foster leadership and confidence.

The school offers a variety of clubs including Music, Digital Art, Scrabble, Craft, Cooking, and Mental Mathematics. Sports are a high priority, with opportunities for students to participate in football and basketball, as well as speech and drama activities. Students are encouraged to compete in local and international events, with school colours awarded for excellence in district, provincial, and national competitions.
