The school offers an integrated curriculum that combines authentic Montessori practice with the Cambridge International pathway. The academic programme spans from the Toddler stage (18 months to 3 years) through Pre-Primary (3 to 6 years), Elementary (6 to 12 years), and Middle School (12 to 15 years). The High School programme (15 to 18 years) follows the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum and extends through to AS Level.

The school aims to develop critical thinking, entrepreneurial confidence, and a grounded understanding of real life. It is an accredited Cambridge Examinations Centre, providing students with the opportunity to follow the Cambridge International pathway, which is recognised by universities and employers globally. Graduates are expected to possess deep academic foundations and a lifelong love of learning.

The school is committed to authentic Montessori practice, with educators who have completed Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) orientation courses and diplomas. The academic team is supported by a structured leadership and administrative staff, including dedicated guides and assistants for each developmental plane.

Prospective families are invited to book a campus tour, which are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11h30 during term time. The admissions process involves an application form and is supported by the school's admissions policy. The school caters to learners from the Toddler stage (18 months) through to High School (18 years).

The school year is divided into four terms, with dates closely aligned with the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA) while accounting for public school dates and Cambridge examination periods. A Holiday Club is available during the first two weeks of each school holiday, and the school closes for three weeks in December.

The Lourensford Estate campus features 28 buildings set across 8 hectares, including prepared Montessori classrooms, sports facilities, and outdoor spaces. The campus is noted for its organic gardens and has received double SALI awards for its landscaping and waterwise garden. A second campus at Spier Estate is scheduled to open in 2026, initially serving Toddler and Pre-Primary learners.

The school offers a range of activities including sport, arts and culture, and outdoor education. Learners may also participate in the President’s Award programme, and the school emphasizes real-life learning through entrepreneurship, service, and various productions. Aftercare services and a Holiday Club are also provided.
