Admissions
Enrolment is subject to criteria compliant with Danish law and the school’s by-laws. Priority is given to "Group 1" applicants, which includes families new to Denmark, those moving to the area for work—such as the Fehmarn Tunnel project—or families with children who have previously attended international schools. "Group 2" applicants, typically those with permanent residency in Denmark, are placed on a waiting list and offered places based on availability at the start of a new school year. All prospective families are invited to an interview to evaluate the suitability of an international education for their child.
Calendar
The school year typically begins in mid-August and concludes in late June. The academic calendar includes standard breaks such as an autumn break in week 42, a winter holiday in week 7, and periods for Christmas, Easter, Ascension Day, and Whitsun/Pentecost. Specific dates are subject to municipal approval and may change annually.
