The school offers a comprehensive educational programme spanning from Early Learning (Nursery, Pre-Kinder, and Kinder) through Lower School (Grades 1–5), Middle School (Grades 6–8), and Upper School (Grades 9–12). The curriculum is based on the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, which emphasizes critical thinking, independent inquiry, and strong communication skills.

Located in the Binictican area of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, the campus occupies the former Binictican Elementary School site and includes a main building and a dedicated ELC/Lower School building constructed in 2008. Facilities include three computer laboratories with 74 iMacs, two science laboratories, a well-equipped library for Middle/Upper School, and a separate library for the Lower School. Sports and activity facilities feature a gymnasium with a fitness center, a large soccer field, a swimming pool with additional wading pools, a covered playground, and a multi-purpose hall used for chapel services, drama productions, and social gatherings.

The school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities designed to foster teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. These include various clubs, varsity sports, a student council, and the National Honor Society. Students also participate in events like the Science and Engineering Fair and interscholastic competitions through ISAC.
