ICS Paris welcomes applications throughout the year, with students joining the grade level corresponding to their age as of September 1st. The admissions process begins with an initial inquiry via phone or email, followed by a recommended on-site or remote visit to discuss the child's needs. The school is inclusive and welcomes students of all academic levels.

The academic year runs from September through June. The school calendar is released in advance of each academic year and includes professional development days for staff and various school events.

Located in the 15th arrondissement, the campus features modern classrooms, an Innovation Centre for coding and robotics, and a dedicated FabLab for MYP students equipped with 3D printers and laser cutters. Science facilities include a physics and chemistry laboratory and a biology lab for hands-on experimentation.
