The Giving Tree International School

The school is an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School delivering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), with plans to introduce the Middle Years Programme (MYP) from August 2026. The Early Years programme serves children aged 12 months to 6 years, utilizing a play-based inquiry approach that transitions into the PYP in Grade 1. The curriculum maintains high standards in English, Mathematics, and Science while integrating subjects such as Chinese, music, art, and STEM.

The school employs a dedicated team of learning assistants and support staff to assist in the educational environment. The staff includes a librarian and various maintenance and administrative personnel to support the daily operations of the school.

The school provides an enrolment packet and encourages prospective families to schedule a tour of the campus. Drop-in sessions are available on school days between 8:00 am and 11:00 am or 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, and a virtual tour is also accessible for those unable to visit in person.

The academic year typically begins in August. The school calendar includes various seasonal camps, such as summer, spring, and winter programmes, alongside regular parent-teacher conferences and student-led conferences. The school observes both international and local holidays, including Khmer New Year and the Water Festival.

The campus features dedicated spaces for both Early Years and Primary students, including classrooms, an entrance hall, and outdoor playgrounds. Specialized facilities include a swimming pool, a library, a STEM classroom, a makerspace, an ICT classroom, a music room, and an art room. The school also provides nap rooms for younger students.
