The school operates as an all-through institution, encompassing Pre-Prep, Prep, Senior, and Sixth Form stages. The Individual Learning Department is integrated throughout the school and led by a Chartered Educational Psychologist. It provides personalised learning programmes for students with needs such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADD/ADHD, and mild Autistic Spectrum conditions. Support includes scaffolded techniques, pastoral mentoring, and small group or 1:1 specialist sessions, with the department holding CReSTeD accreditation.

Pipers Corner School offers multiple entry points, with admissions processes tailored to the specific stage of entry. Prospective families are encouraged to attend whole-school Open Mornings in October and the Spring Term, or book individual weekday tours to experience the school environment. The school also hosts 'Discover Pipers' taster sessions for Year 5 students and Forest School taster experiences for children aged 3-10. Applications for Sixth Form entry follow an Open Evening held in November.

The academic year is divided into three terms: Autumn, Spring, and Summer. The 2025-2026 Autumn Term runs from early September to mid-December, the Spring Term from early January to late March, and the Summer Term from mid-April to early July. The school year includes scheduled half-term breaks and concludes with Speech Day in July.

Set in 96 acres of Chiltern countryside, the campus features an Arts Centre with a 280-seat theatre, dance studios, and art workshops. Sports facilities include a 25-metre indoor swimming pool, a fitness suite, a multi-gym, and flood-lit multi-use games areas. The school also houses a library with collaborative and formal study spaces, a dedicated Sixth Form Centre, and a professional-standard radio studio.
