Prime School

Prime School is an authorized IB World School that follows the Primary Years Programme (PYP). The educational approach emphasizes critical thinking, research-based learning, and the development of personal responsibility, empathy, and global awareness. The school aims to foster a supportive environment where children become confident, curious, and independent learners.

The school delivers the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) for students in grades 0–4. The curriculum includes constant language practice with native English speakers, as well as integrated subjects such as robotics and Japanese mathematics. All necessary learning materials, including textbooks and personal tablets, are provided by the school.

The school employs a staff that includes a doctor, a psychologist, and a speech therapist to support student well-being. Each class is limited to 20 students and is supported by both a teacher and a curator.

The admissions process consists of four steps: submitting an application, attending a school tour, participating in a student interview and parent meeting, and finalizing enrollment. The school offers flexible payment terms, including a 5% discount for annual upfront payments and a 5% discount for families with two or more children enrolled. Tuition fees cover instruction, meals, learning materials, and after-school care.

The school operates on a full-day schedule from 8:00 to 18:00. This includes academic instruction, after-school care, and the completion of homework assignments on-site.

Located in a quiet, green area of Almaty near the foothills, the campus features a secure, gated territory monitored by 120 surveillance cameras and 24/7 professional security. Facilities include spacious classrooms with interactive whiteboards, a scientific laboratory, art and robotics studios, a library, a sports hall, and an outdoor football field. The school also provides a canteen with medically supervised, four-meal-a-day nutrition, a medical office, and individual lockers for students.

Students participate in a variety of clubs and projects, including robotics, Japanese mathematics, and drama in English. The school also incorporates regular outdoor activities and excursions into the daily routine.
