The school offers a Polish-language curriculum with various profiles—including medical, humanities, and science—as well as the two-year IB Diploma Programme (IB-DP) taught in English. The IB curriculum requires students to select subjects from six groups, including languages, social sciences, experimental sciences, mathematics, and arts, alongside the mandatory Theory of Knowledge (TOK) course. Students also participate in the interdisciplinary Group 4 project and must complete 150 hours of Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) and an Extended Essay.

Graduates are prepared for higher education both in Poland and internationally, with dedicated support for applications to universities in the UK via the UCAS centre. Students in the IB Diploma Programme complete the Theory of Knowledge (TOK) course, the Extended Essay, and the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) requirement. The school's curriculum and project-based learning approach aim to develop 21st-century competencies, including critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving.

The school maintains a policy of individualised support, with small class sizes capped at 20 students to ensure personal attention. Teachers provide guidance for both high-achieving students participating in subject olympiads and those requiring additional academic assistance. The school conducts a rolling admissions process for its pre-DP and IB Diploma Programme classes. Prospective students must submit an application form, provide academic documentation, and complete an entrance examination in English and mathematics. Following the assessment, the school notifies candidates of the results by early June, culminating in a meeting with the school director.

The school operates on a standard academic year, with the IB Diploma Programme examinations taking place during a three-week session in May. Results for IB graduates are typically released on July 6th. The school secretariat remains open throughout the year, with specific summer duty hours provided for the IB coordinator.
