The school provides a continuous education from Pre-Kindergarten through to Year 12. Radford College consistently ranks highly in ACT academic rankings. In the Class of 2025, 187 students earned an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR), and 16 students completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Radford College employs a non-selective enrolment process and maintains waitlists for all year levels. Entry points are Pre-Kindergarten, Year 3, Year 7, and Year 11, with the enrolment process for these places typically commencing in the first semester of the year prior to entry. Prospective families must submit an online registration form accompanied by a $220 fee.

The academic year is divided into four terms. In 2026, Term 1 runs from 3 February to 2 April, Term 2 from 20 April to 25 June, Term 3 from 21 July to 25 September, and Term 4 from 12 October to 8 December. Orientation for Year 7 students is held on 2 February 2026.

Located in Bruce on a 46-acre site, the campus includes age-appropriate learning, recreation, and sporting spaces. The grounds feature outdoor courts and a chapel, with ongoing development to support the needs of the community. The school also incorporates sustainable infrastructure, such as 30 kW of solar power.

The school offers a comprehensive co-curricular program that includes sport, performing arts, and music, featuring over 30 instrumental and vocal ensembles. Students may also participate in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Round Square, service learning, and various national and international experiences. House activities are also a central component of student life.
