Applications for Year 7 and in-year transfers are managed through an online portal or via application forms, with the school aiming to respond to in-year requests within 10 school days. Unsuccessful applicants have the legal right to appeal to an independent appeals panel.

The school operates on a term-based calendar, with specific dates published for each academic year. The school day typically runs from Monday to Friday, with reception hours extending from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday, and until 4:30 pm on Fridays. During school holidays, the reception remains open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
