The school offers a bilingual curriculum that integrates the Polish national system with the internationally recognized Cambridge Primary programme. In primary school, grades 1–3 focus on early education through teaching blocs, while grades 4–8 follow a subject-based curriculum including Mathematics, Science, History, and languages. Students receive 6–10 hours of English instruction per week, including conversations with native speakers, and have the option to study German and French.

The school provides additional support options for students, including Polish as a Foreign Language classes for international students. It also offers language support for adults. The institution is experienced in accommodating international students by teaching specific subjects, such as Mathematics, Science, and History, in English.

The school accepts applications throughout the year, though enrollment is limited to ensure educational standards. The process involves an online application, submission of previous academic records, diagnostic testing, and interviews with the school psychologist, teachers, and leadership. Siblings of current students and children of staff members receive priority consideration upon successful completion of the admissions process.

The school operates on a standard academic year, with specific deadlines for the admissions process typically occurring in February and March for the following school year. The school office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 16:00 during the term, and from 8:00 to 15:00 during the summer holidays. Open Days are held annually, often in February, to provide information to prospective families.

Located in an elegant building in the centre of Elbląg, the campus features well-equipped classrooms and a library with a wide selection of literature in both English and Polish. The school provides healthy, in-house meals through its "Lovely Kitchen" facility. The grounds are well-maintained and include on-site parking.

Students participate in a variety of workshops, outings, and international trips. The school also hosts specific activities such as chess clubs and sports training, including martial arts. Physical education is conducted in a gym, at a swimming pool, and on a golf course.
