Learning support

The college provides Educational Support Services (ESS) for students with disabilities, offering individualized adjustments and regular reviews. Admissions

Enrolment applications for Year 7 open during a child's Grade 5 year, with a priority given to students from ten designated Catholic parishes. The college does not maintain a waiting list for Year 7 entry, and offers are mailed to families in October. For entry into Years 8–12, families must submit an 'Expression of Interest' form, with placement subject to availability and the discretion of the Principal.

Calendar

The 2026 academic year runs from 29 January to 4 December. The year is divided into four terms, with breaks in April, June/July, and September/October. Public holidays, including Labour Day and the King's Birthday, are observed throughout the year.

About the campus

Located on 30 acres, the campus features native vegetation and sports areas. Current facilities include the Aquinas Resource Centre (ARC), a dedicated cafe (Cafe N9ne), and a Health Centre staffed by qualified nurses. A long-term masterplan is underway to introduce a new performing arts building, a gymnasium, a technology precinct, and a Wominjeka welcoming garden, with Stage 1 including a new Year 9 building and a wellness centre.

Co-curriculars

The school offers a diverse range of activities, including musicals, plays, choirs, bands, and public speaking. Students participate in inter-school sports through the Eastern Independent Schools Melbourne (EISM), with disciplines such as cricket, hockey, basketball, football, soccer, softball, and tennis. Additionally, the college facilitates cultural tours to destinations including France, China, Borneo, New Caledonia, and Central Australia.
