The admissions process requires prospective families to either visit the school to complete an application or register online before visiting to finalize the process. Applicants must undergo an interview and an admission test, and submit required documentation including birth certificates, national or resident IDs, vaccination records, and previous academic reports. For students transferring from other schools within Saudi Arabia, a transfer from the Noor System and financial clearance are mandatory.

The school offers a variety of enrichment activities through the Maarif Sports Club and various after-school clubs. Students can participate in holiday programs, sports trips, entrepreneurship camps, and skiing camps. Additionally, the school hosts events such as TEDx and encourages student involvement in volunteering opportunities to build leadership and community service skills.
