New Crescent International School aims to enlighten tender minds by providing quality education that respects international ideals of integral growth and development. It strives for holistic excellence through a vibrant ambiance and continuous review of teaching and assessment standards to ensure compatibility with global educational needs.

The school follows the British curriculum (IGCSE/A-Level framework). The Kindergarten section (KG 1–3) focuses on English, Math, Science, and Quran, alongside auxiliary subjects like phonics and art. Grades I to VI include compulsory subjects such as English, Math, Science, Arabic, French, and Islamic studies, with additional instruction in computer skills, Saudi history and culture, and moral science. Boys and girls are taught in separate sections from Grade 1 onwards.

The school reports that students have achieved success in both academic and non-academic areas. It aims to mold children into socially committed citizens and prepares them to contribute to and succeed in a rapidly changing global society.

The school maintains a student-teacher ratio of 25:1 to support individual attention. It provides a structured environment for students, though it notes that it reserves the right to remove students from the register if they exhibit behavioral issues, such as hyperactivity or autism, that the school is not equipped to manage.

The school admits children aged three to twelve years, with registration typically opening in the first week of February for the upcoming academic year. Admission is based on the priority of registration and performance in an entrance test, which covers English and Mathematics for KG 3 and Grade 1 and above. Annual fees range from SR 10,000 for Kindergarten to SR 13,000 for Grades IV to VI, excluding VAT.

The academic year runs from September to June. Tuition fees are payable in two terms, with the first payment due at the time of admission and the second by January 10th.

The campus features an eight-story building equipped with IT-enabled classrooms, smart boards, and virtual learning capabilities. Specialized facilities include a library, a computer lab, a science lab, a phonic and language lab, an audio-visual room, and a medical room. Security measures include CCTV surveillance, fire prevention systems, and dedicated security staff.

The school offers a range of auxiliary activities to support holistic development. These include art and craft, physical education, and library sessions. Students also engage in learning activities designed to complement their core academic studies.
