The admissions process begins with booking a tour to visit the school environment. Prospective families must complete an assessment form to help the school understand the child's needs, followed by an online registration form. Required documentation includes copies of the student’s ID, father’s ID, immunization card, birth certificate, passport, a 4x4 cm photo, previous school reports, and signed consent and medical forms.

The school operates Sunday through Thursday, from 08:00 am to 02:00 pm, and is closed on Saturdays. The academic year includes scheduled breaks, such as the Mid-Term and Eid al-Fitr break.

The campus features specialized classrooms for Early Years and subject-specific rooms for English, Arabic, Islamic Studies, Maths, and Science. Sports facilities include indoor and outdoor football fields, a basketball and volleyball court, and a gymnasium equipped for stretching and parkour. Additional amenities include a music room, a library and reading nook, an innovative sensory room, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a student dining hall, a clinic with two nurses, and a dedicated room for speech and language pathology.

The school offers various clubs and activities, including public speaking, LEGO, and a girls' club, all of which are scheduled during school hours. Students also participate in events such as Spelling Bees, drama performances, and community initiatives like Ramadan donation drives. Sports facilities are utilized for football, basketball, and volleyball.
