The school operates on a daily schedule with Kindergarten classes running from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Elementary through High School classes running from 7:05 am to 2:30 pm. Tuition payments are structured in three installments due on September 1st, December 1st, and February 1st.

The campus in Sabah Al Salem is equipped with a variety of specialized learning and recreational spaces, including eight science labs, five ICT labs, and two libraries. Sports and physical activity facilities feature five gymnasiums, two swimming pools, and three playgrounds. Additionally, the school provides a cinema, a theatre, a prayer room, and a well-equipped clinic, with plans for a campus extension in the near future.
