The academic year is divided into four terms. In 2026, Term One runs from late January to early April, Term Two from April to June, Term Three from July to September, and Term Four from October to early December. The college observes public holidays including ANZAC Day, Labour Day, and the King's Birthday, and schedules specific student-free days throughout the year.

Located in the Tallebudgera Valley, the campus features modern, purpose-built facilities for students from the Early Learning Centre through to the Secondary School. The Early Learning Centre includes air-conditioned rooms, sensory play spaces, a creek bed, a children’s garden, and a fort.
