The school is committed to preparing students as global citizens equipped with 21st-century skills by fostering mutual tolerance and respect for national differences. It emphasizes inquiry-based, transdisciplinary learning that encourages students to examine issues from multiple perspectives and develop creative solutions.

The school offers the IB continuum: the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for ages 3-12, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for ages 11-16, and the two-year IB Diploma Programme (DP) for students aged 16-18. Instruction is primarily in English, with additional teaching in national languages and literature, including Polish, German, Danish, and other foreign languages. The DP curriculum requires students to select six subjects—three at Higher Level and three at Standard Level—alongside core IB courses.

Graduates of the IB Diploma Programme are prepared for entry into top global universities, including institutions like Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard. The IBDP qualification is recognized in Poland as a secondary school-leaving certificate, and students often benefit from exemptions from university entrance and language proficiency exams, as well as potential scholarship opportunities.

The school employs a dedicated school counselor and a special needs counselor to support student well-being and academic development. Students are encouraged to develop communication, social, and research skills through inquiry-based learning and personal projects.

Enrolment is open throughout the school year for all stages of education. The process includes the submission of an application form, birth certificate, and previous school records, followed by trial days where candidates participate in placement tests and interviews. Diagnostic testing covers subjects such as English, Mathematics, Mother Tongue, and Combined Science, depending on the student's grade level.

The school operates on an annual academic calendar, with the 2025-2026 schedule currently available. Meetings of the School Board are held twice per semester.

Located in the city center, the campus features 26 classrooms, a laboratory, two computer labs, an art studio, and a music room. Sports facilities include a gym, a fitness room with cardio equipment, a spacious playground, and a sports field for team games. The school also provides a canteen with kitchen facilities and individual lockers for students.

Students engage in a variety of initiatives, including the Model United Nations, school talent shows, and community projects such as charity fairs and fundraising for local shelters. Sports offerings include karate, swimming, ice skating, dance classes, and a girls' volleyball club. Additionally, students may participate in a school band.
