The school’s mission is to foster tolerance, openness to the world, and a passion for knowledge. It promotes a "4 x S" educational programme focused on independence, self-development, self-governance, and community, encouraging students to become responsible "citizens of the world" who engage in dialogue and mutual trust.

The school offers a bilingual curriculum in Polish and English for primary and secondary students, utilising the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) method. The secondary stage includes pre-IB and IB Diploma Programme courses conducted in English. Additionally, the school operates the ALMA Foreign Language Centre, which provides instruction in English, Spanish, French, and German, preparing students for international language certificates.

Graduates consistently achieve high results in final examinations, with many continuing their studies at prestigious universities in Poland and abroad, including the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, and the Technical University in Łódź. Students frequently win regional and national subject competitions and are prepared to obtain international certificates in English, Spanish, French, and German, as well as the European Computer Driving License (ECDL).

The school employs active learning methods and interdisciplinary research projects to develop skills in organisation, planning, team-work, and creative problem-solving. A pedagogical guide is available to support the educational process, and the school maintains a focus on individualised approaches to student development.

The school accepts students aged 6–19. For bilingual primary classes, it enrolls children aged 6–14, while the secondary stage accepts students aged 15–18 who demonstrate a good command of English for pre-IB and IB courses. The school secretariat is open daily from 8:00 to 16:00. The academic year follows a structured schedule, with specific dates for events and activities managed through the school's calendar system.

The campus features well-equipped science classrooms, computer and multimedia workrooms, and a fully computerised library containing scientific publications, multimedia software, and periodicals. All classrooms are equipped with modern audio and video technology. Additionally, the school maintains a performance hall with audio equipment for theatre and project presentations.

Students participate in a variety of sports, including tennis, swimming, horse-riding, self-defence, and classical dance. The school also offers a wide range of interest clubs during after-school hours, as well as opportunities for students to engage in theatre performances and project presentations in the school's performance hall.
