Admissions

The admissions process begins with a parent visit and campus tour. Following the tour, families may apply, schedule a student shadow and screening, and upon acceptance, finalize enrollment through the FACTS management system. The school offers continuous enrollment to secure student placement year after year.

Calendar

The school year typically begins in early August with faculty and staff meetings. The academic calendar includes standard holidays, such as Labor Day, and follows a structure that supports continuous learning. The school office operates Monday through Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the school year, with reduced hours during the summer.

About the campus

Located in the heart of Midtown Tallahassee, the campus includes classrooms equipped with technology such as Chromebooks and iPads. The school maintains a media center and various athletic facilities, including fields and courts used for its sports programs. The campus also hosts the Beyond the Bell (BTB) after-school program, which provides supervised activities until 6:00 p.m.

Co-curriculars

Students participate in a variety of co-curricular activities, including school clubs, organizations, and the National Junior Honor Society. The athletic program features 16 FHSAA sports teams, such as golf, cross country, volleyball, flag football, basketball, softball, soccer, baseball, tennis, and track.
