The admissions process begins with an enquiry, followed by a tour (in-person or virtual) to meet the principal and teachers. Families must submit an application with academic records for evaluation, which may include an academic assessment. Once the evaluation is complete, the school confirms the place and coordinates the start date. The admissions team provides support throughout the process, including assistance for families relocating from other cities or countries.

The academic year typically runs from mid-August to mid-June. The 2026-2027 calendar includes a half-term break in October, a Thanksgiving holiday in November, and a winter break from late December through early January. Spring activities include a half-term break in February and a spring break from late March to early April. The school also observes public holidays such as Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Memorial Day.

The school operates a 275,000 square-foot, purpose-built campus designed for 2,000 students. Facilities include Apple technology-integrated classrooms, customizable maker spaces, and fully-equipped science laboratories. For athletics and the arts, the campus features three athletic fields, an aquatic centre, and a 500-seat performing arts theatre.
