The Galaxy School

The school emphasizes a holistic education that blends Indian philosophy and cultural heritage with a global perspective. It is committed to academic rigour, student well-being, academic honesty, and the development of the IB Learner Profile, aiming to foster internationally minded citizens who are prepared for a complex world.

The school offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), which consists of the DP core and six subjects chosen from five groups: Studies in language and literature (English), Language acquisition (Hindi, French, Spanish), Individuals and societies (Business Management, Economics, History, Psychology), Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Physics), and Mathematics (Analysis and Approaches). The core curriculum includes the Extended Essay (EE), Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS). Students select a mix of Higher Level (HL) and Standard Level (SL) courses to complete their diploma.

The school operates on a standard academic calendar with a new term beginning in June. Prospective families may contact the school administration during working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The academic year follows a schedule where the new term commences in June. Daily operations are supported by a morning assembly that incorporates traditional chants.

The campus features a range of dedicated spaces including a courtyard, a sports complex, a library, and an art area. These facilities are designed to support the school's holistic approach to education.

Students participate in a variety of activities including the Student Council, the Interact Club, and the Duke Programme. The school also integrates the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) component of the IB Diploma Programme, which requires students to engage in diverse extracurricular, athletic, and community service initiatives.
