Ben joined King’s Worcester in September 2025 as Head of Foundation, having previously served as Principal and Head of the Senior School at King’s Rochester. He is a graduate in Music from the University of Exeter and an experienced choral conductor.

Nick joined King’s in January 2024, bringing experience from both independent and maintained sectors, including roles at Salisbury Cathedral School and Polwhele House School. He is a Team Inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and the Designated Safeguarding Lead for King’s St Alban’s.

Tom joined King’s Hawford in November 2022, having previously served as Deputy Head at Bredon School and Director of Sport at Dover College. He is a keen sportsman and is working towards an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification.

Katie joined King’s in 2010 as a teacher of Mathematics and has held various roles including Academic Challenge Co-ordinator and Assistant Head – Pupil Development. She is a Team Inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and the Foundation Inspection Coordinator.

Harriet joined King’s in January 2023, having previously worked at Forest School in London where she was a member of the Senior Leadership Team. She has a special interest in young people’s mental health and well-being.
- Miss G MasonDirector of Finance and Business Development
Georgina joined the King’s Foundation in 2021, following 8 years as a Finance Director in the manufacturing sector. She is a Chartered Accountant who trained with RSM Robson Rhodes.
- Mr A WinterDirector of Operations
Adam joined King’s in February 2015 as Estates Manager and became Director of Operations in April 2023. He holds a degree in Land Management and Development and previously co-founded a digital media and information management business.
