The school follows the CBSE curriculum from Kindergarten through Grade 9. The Kindergarten program includes English, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Islamic Studies, Arabic, Art & Craft, Dance/Music, and personality development. Grades I through VI study English, Mathematics, Science/EVS, Social Studies, Qatar History, Computer Science, and a choice of languages including Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, or French, alongside value education and arts.

The school employs student counsellors to support the emotional and social well-being of its pupils. Additionally, the MyClassBoard portal provides parents and students with 24/7 access to academic performance, attendance records, lesson plans, and assignment details to facilitate ongoing support.

Admission is open to Indian students in Qatar, subject to seat availability, with registration typically commencing in the first week of December. Applicants must submit an online form and provide documentation including valid Qatari residence permits for both the student and parents, passport copies, a recent report card, a health record from a primary health care center, and a transfer certificate. The process includes an entrance test or interaction, followed by document verification and fee payment. Age requirements range from 3 years for KG I to 13 years for Grade IX as of September 30th.

The academic session is divided into three terms: Term 1 runs from April to September, Term 2 from October to December, and Term 3 from January to March. A detailed academic calendar for the 2026-2027 year is available for download on the school website.

The school operates across two campuses in Doha, Muaither and Al Hilal, housed in air-conditioned villas. Facilities include spacious, audio-visual smart classrooms equipped with smart boards, LED monitors, and computers, alongside a library, science laboratories, and a computer lab. A mini-auditorium is available for assemblies and performances, and the school utilizes the MyClassBoard web-based system for communication and academic tracking. A fleet of air-conditioned buses, managed by a professional transport company and monitored by trained attendants, serves major residential areas.

The school emphasizes holistic development through a variety of co-scholastic activities. Offerings include visual arts such as collage and clay modeling, as well as performing arts like music, dance, theatre, and band. Students also participate in physical education, general knowledge, and personality development programs.
