The school offers the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) for early years through Grade 5, and the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) for students aged 16–19. The Cambridge pathway includes CLS, IGCSE, and AS & A Levels, while the Treamis World School division offers the CBSE curriculum. The Early Years "Starting Point" programme utilizes play-way and Montessori-inspired methodologies to develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and STEM skills. The IBDP curriculum includes six subject groups alongside core elements: Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS).

Treamis reports a 100% pass rate in CAIE, IBDP, and CBSE examinations year-after-year. Over 1,500 alumni have been placed in universities worldwide, with students receiving an average of 70+ university offers annually. Graduates have successfully transitioned to institutions such as BITS Pilani and IIT Guwahati.

Admissions are open to students on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the year. The process involves an initial inquiry, a school visit or online application, submission of academic records and birth certificates, and a student assessment followed by a parent interview. Upon acceptance, families must provide formal documentation, including transfer certificates and medical records, before the student's first day. The school also assists international students with visa-related documentation and registration with the Foreigners Regional Registration Office.

The academic year includes various school-wide events, such as graduation ceremonies for different levels, PYP showcases, and art festivals. Notable events include the annual Artreamis, a Walkathon, and various subject-specific showcases. The calendar also marks public holidays and term-end dates, with result declarations typically occurring in April.
