The school offers two language streams: a fully English-medium programme and a bilingual (English/Russian) programme. The academic structure includes Primary School (Grades 1–5), Middle School (Grades 6–10) following the IB MYP, and High School (Grades 11–12) following the IB DP. The curriculum covers core subjects including Language and Literature, Mathematics, Sciences, Individuals and Societies, Arts, Design, and Physical and Health Education.

Graduates receive the Apolytirion, a Cyprus secondary school diploma endorsed by the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth, which is recognized for university admissions in Cyprus and abroad. Students in the High School (Grades 11–12) pursue the IB Diploma Programme (DP), which prepares them for international university entrance. The school also provides preparation for Cambridge examinations.

The school provides a comprehensive wellbeing system that includes a tutor system for goal setting, psychological support for emotional intelligence and stress management, and the 'Health Trinity' monitoring system. Career guidance is integrated into the curriculum, offering workshops on university selection, personal statement writing, and CV preparation. Additionally, the 'Light+' after-school package allows students to complete homework under the guidance of qualified teachers.

The admissions process begins with an online application for a preliminary assessment of student readiness. This is followed by a family interview with the School Director, a student interview with a school psychologist to evaluate social and emotional maturity, and academic testing in Mathematics and English for students entering Grades 2–11. Enrollment is finalized upon the signing of documents and payment of a registration fee.

The school operates on a full-day and year-round basis, including Trinity Camp educational programmes during holiday periods. The academic day for Primary School runs from 9:00 to 14:00, while Middle and High School students attend from 8:00 to 15:00. After-school programmes are available until 18:00.

Trinity operates two campuses in Limassol: the Primary School (Grades 1–5) is located at 340-342 Agiou Andreou St., and the Secondary School (Grades 6–12) is at 104 Spyrou Kyprianou Ave. Facilities include interactive Promethean boards, science and design laboratories, art studios, and sports grounds equipped with Polar and BlazePod performance monitoring. Both campuses feature air filtration systems, ergonomic furniture, and on-campus medical offices with qualified nursing staff.

The school offers an extensive Afterschool Club programme with over 50 activities, including sports (football, basketball, judo, MMA, volleyball), arts (visual art, filmmaking, culinary arts, music production), and STEM (robotics, physics workshops, coding). Students also participate in events such as TEDxTrinity, Career Fest, Math Fest, and art exhibitions, as well as Model United Nations (MUN) conferences.
