Admissions

The admissions process begins with an initial inquiry through the OpenApply portal. Families are required to submit documentation regarding the student's educational background and language proficiency to ensure a suitable match with the school's provision. Once a placement is confirmed, the school provides onboarding information, followed by an induction meeting on the student's first day.

Calendar

The school follows the Dutch school holiday schedule, providing students with 12 weeks of holiday throughout the year. The academic calendar includes designated staff study days when the school is closed to students. In accordance with the Dutch Compulsory Education Act, leave outside of official school holidays is strictly regulated and generally not permitted.

About the campus

The school currently operates from a temporary 2-storey campus at Van Deventerlaan 1 in Utrecht Papendorp, which includes a large sports hall. A new, purpose-built campus at Utrecht Science Park is under construction and is expected to be operational in 2027. The future facility will feature indoor and outdoor sports areas, a theatre, science labs, visual arts and design spaces, music studios, and dedicated green spaces for outdoor learning.

Co-curriculars

The school offers a variety of After School Activities (ASA) and a Music Academy. Students participate in student-led initiatives such as the International Interact Club, which focuses on service projects, and various workshops, including those sponsored by industry partners. Additionally, students engage in events like the Spring Concert and community-focused projects.
